Citely ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details through Firebase Auth. When you add a brand, we store the brand domain and the queries you choose to monitor. We do not collect payment information — paid plans are handled directly via invoice or a future payment processor.

How we use information

We use your data to provide the Citely service: running AI visibility reports, storing query results, sending alerts, and improving the product. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

Data retention

We retain your account and report data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us. Public audit data is not tied to any user and is not retained.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services may set cookies. You can block cookies through your browser settings.
