Use of the Service

Citely helps you track and improve how AI assistants mention and cite your brand. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and on domains you own or have permission to monitor.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share access to paid accounts outside your organization or scrape the Service.

Free public audits

The free GEO audit tool is provided as-is and may be rate-limited. We do not guarantee audit availability and may block abuse.

Data and content

You retain ownership of the brands, queries, and reports you create. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

Limitation of liability

Citely is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on audit scores, citation metrics, or recommendations.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
